SuperBoy Birthday Card
Hi all,
I made this SuperBoy Birthday Card for a little boy who is turning 5. I used the print and cut feature of the Cameo Silhouette for the superboy and the background paper. I cut two of the superboy images and glued them together to add dimension. The superboy image is from the Silhouette design store and the paper is from Lettering Delights Kicks and Giggles pack. The step card is also from the Silhouette design store.

Anna Griffin Christmas Kitsch Cards
Hi all,
I was asked about how I made these cards using Anna Griffin’s Christmas Kitsch cartridge and my Cricut. First, I have an expression so I use CCR. On the bottom of CCR , there is a default setting of 2.5 for bringing all images to the mat. I changed that to 5.5. Then when I bring my images to the mat- they all will fit appropriately. I first cut out the card base and then cut all the corresponding layers. Next you assemble the layers. After they are assembled and decorated, I attach the completed layer to the card base. I haven’t added a sentiment to the inside of the cards yet. So that will be my next step.
Anna Griffin Christmas Kitsch cartridge by Cricut
Hi all,
Well I guess it is that time of year again. Of course it is my favorite time. I started some of my Christmas cards using Anna Griffin’s Christmas Kitsch cartridge by Cricut.. I do not have an explore yet. I love my expression so I used CCR to design my cards. They are very easy to put together. Everything was cut at 5.5 inches. Hope I can inspire some of you to get yours started too.
Kite Card for Operation Write Home’s Midweek Throwdown: Go Fly A Kite!
Hi all,
Operation Write Home requested we make a card with a kite for their Midweek Throwdown: Go Fly A Kite! I thought this cute bird flying a kite was perfect for it. I used the cut and print feature of my Cameo to cut the design. I added lots of additional color with Tombow dual brush pens. I also added some glimmer with Glossy Accents. The card is an A2 size . I printed the sentiment using my computer.
Please consider making cards for this great organization. The soldiers also enjoy getting any hero mail.
Operation Write Home Memorial Day BlogHop
Hi all,
Today is Operation Write Home’s Memorial Day BlogHop. You can follow along here. http://wp.me/p2kUr6-4o6 We were asked to make a card for the hop using the colors red, white and blue. I used this cute little girl and part of a card base from the silhouette on-line store. I used my Cameo to color and then print and cut the design. As this was a paper piecing image, I had to assemble and add color to each piece. It was easier than cutting each piece out of card stock as some of the pieces are very small. I used a CardzTv stamp for the missing you sentiment. I hope you all enjoy the hop!
