I used Heartfelt Creations Sunrise Lily stamps, dies and paper to make this card for my sister-in-law and brother-in-law’s anniversary.

Anniversary card using LD Hooked On You and Silhouette V3
Hi all,
I made this card for my husband. We just celebrated our 41st anniversary.
I used the Cameo and print and cut to create the image of the fish and sentiment from the LD Hooked On You graphic set. I cut out two of the fish and pop dotted the second one on top of the first. I like the dimension it give to the card. I also printed the background paper which was LD water. I added both the sentiment and the fish to the background paper.
I know some of you are not sure about using the Silhouette V3 but I have had no problems.
Anniversary Card
Hi all,
Today I am posting an Anniversary Card I made for my daughter and son-in-law. Tomorrow is their 6th anniversary. It is hard to believe 6 years already. So much has changed- all good. They now have 2 beautiful children and a new house.
The card is an A2 size. The file is from the Silhouette on-line store. It originally had thank you as the sentiment. I changed it to Happy Anniversary. I used paper from a wedding pad I bought at Michaels awhile ago. I inked the edges with Tim Holtz distress ink. I made an extra copy of the flower for the inside of the card. The inside sentiment is from a Pink Stamper set.
Hope you all have a great weekend.
Anniversary card using Silhouette Cameo
Hi all,
I can’t believe my daughter celebrated her 5th wedding anniversary already. So much has happened in the last 5 years. All good though. She now has two children and a new job she enjoys.
Here is a card I made for her using my silhouette cameo and a step card from their on-line store.
OWH Sketch Challenge #143 with Tonic Studios!
Operation Write Home along with Tonic Studios has challenged us to create a card for our Troops using sketch #143.
Here’s the sketch…
I decided to create a card with a winter theme. I used Close To My Heart Artiste Cricut cartridge for the snowflakes and the coordinating winter stamp for the sentiment. I used cuddlebug snowflake embossing folder for the background. I highlighted the embossed snowflakes with Tim Holtz embossing ink. I added liquid pearls to the snowflake to give it a little dimension and sparkle. I embellished the bow with a crystal from Megan Elizabeth | Above Rubies Studio
I love the blue and white colors together. The card measures 4.25 by 5.50.
Comments are always welcome.
Operation Write Home and Doodle Pantry Midweek Throwdown Color Challenge
OWH and Doodle Pantry have decided on a color challenge for this week’s throwdown. They challenged us to make cards using black & white with a pop
of red or green for our heroes to send home to their family and friends!
I used paper from Making Memories Wedding pack and a rose sticker from Recollections. I cut out the mini tag using My Creative Time teeny tag greetings. Hope you like my card.

Operation Write Home Blog Hop
I made these cards for Operation Write Home’s blog hop. We were to use a winter theme to make cards that our heroes could use to send home to their love ones. The first one is made using Close to My Heart winter sentiment and snowflakes from the Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge. I used liquid pearls to decorate the snowflakes and the ink was one of Megan’s little juicy stamp pads from Above Rubbies Studio. I love the way the colors match. I added a little stickles to the bottom snowflake and popped up the sentiment and center snowflake to add demension.
The second card was made using the same cartridge and stamp set. Only this time I used the OWH sketch 139 as my inspiration. The pattern paper is from Recollections. I used the liquid pearls again to add demension and sparkle and popped up the center snowflake.
I hope you are enjoying the card hop. Please consider joining us in making cards for our heroes. It is our way of saying thankyou and letting them know we care. Feel free to leave a comment. I love reading them.
